Thank you for your interest in obtaining funding for your program from Mary’s Giving Fund. Our submission deadlines are the 15th of January, April, September and November, and we reply within a few weeks thereafter. Please submit the completed form to your MGF contact or to office@marysgivingfund.org. If you have questions or need help, please reach out via email to office@marysgivingfund.org.

Please explain the program in a short paragraph, including who it will serve, what they will do, where it will happen, the start and end dates and if you expect the program to run annually.
